Fundraising Consultant

I grew up on the Northside of Indianapolis. I went to Cathedral High School before earning my Human Development and Family Studies degree with a minor in Sociology from Indiana University. I fell in love with the nonprofit world and giving back to the community through my volunteer experience at Cathedral. I knew I wanted to land at a local nonprofit after graduating college. My past work experience includes United Way, Starfish Initiative, and most recently, Child Advocates, where I worked as the Development Manager for 5 years before coming to Brightlane Learning.

I am able to see firsthand the power of education through my four kids. Watching them learn and grow is truly amazing. Being equipped to face a full day at school is so important, and when children are given access to education, many more opportunities are available to them. Education helps people adapt to society and offers the skills to handle different experiences. It is an invaluable tool that everyone should have the right to use.
