Education Support Coordinator

I’ve spent many years working with families and students through education and community programs. In addition to my role with Brightlane, I am the current director of a cooperative preschool in Indianapolis and previously served as president on their governing board. I was also a Brightlane volunteer tutor for a year before COVID, and I loved the mission of Brightlane right away.

Education helps kids see what they are capable of! When students learn they are capable of doing things, they start to believe in their own abilities and that enables growth. I believe that education isn’t just books and paper – it’s the games we play, conversations we have, and the activities we enjoy – we are always learning.

Christine is the Education Support Coordinator at IPS Ralph Waldo Emerson School 58 and Arlington Middle School.
