Education Support Coordinator

I graduated from Brownsburg High School, where a pivotal experience during my senior year shaped my career path. I took a cadre class and had the opportunity to assist Mrs. G with a 5th grade class at Reagan Elementary. It was during that time I realized I wanted to pursue a career working with students. I went on to attend both Ivy Tech and Marian University, and I now have nearly 10 years of experience tutoring and mentoring students of all ages and backgrounds.

Education is incredibly important to me, but it wasn’t always easy. Growing up, I struggled in school and often felt discouraged. There were times I wanted to give up. Thankfully, I had amazing teachers along the way who believed in me, encouraged me, and took time out of their day to help me succeed. Because of them, I became the first person in my family to graduate college. Education has opened so many doors in my life, and I’m forever grateful. Now, I want to give back. I want to be that same source of hope and encourage for students who might be struggling, just like I once was.
