We’re beating the winter blues by partnering with fitness classes in and around Indy during the month of January. If you’re making New Year’s resolutions to try new things and meet great people, this is your chance to do both while supporting Brightlane Learning!

Fit Flex Fly’s cardio/strength bootcamp is the ultimate workout experience that will challenge both your cardio endurance and muscular strength! This hybrid fusion class combines the heart-pounding intensity of running, cycling, or rowing with the empowering benefits of strength training, creating a dynamic and results driven workout like no other.

Ready to Rumble?
Ready to Rumble?

Rumble is a 10-round, 45-minute fight evenly divided between two styles of training. Half of the class is spent exploring the skills and drills of boxing, and the other half is spent on the transformative power of resistance training. No matter your fitness level, we squad up and Rumble together.

Cost for class: $25 ($15 goes to Brightlane) All participants will also receive two more classes with Rumble so that they can come back and get the most bang for their buck (donating to a good cause and sweating for a deal)!

Let's Shred!
Let's Shred!

Shred415 classes focus on the 4/15 method: four 15-minute intervals that alternate between treadmill drills and strength training. Select your weights, set your pace, and let our instructors challenge you to take it to the next level. It is a highly effective workout that integrates serious cardio and strength training.
